Still conducting an archeological dig through old papers. Here are a series of pictures I drew that appear to be an alien planet and a couple of its (intelligent?) inhabitants.

This first picture is obviously looking at the planet through a view screen, Star Trek Enterprise-style. It’s Class M, supporting a variety of life. It even has a moon peeking out behind it. What concerns me is what’s happening to the planet’s sun in the background. That can’t be good…

Having vast oceans, intelligent water dwellers evolved. Clearly highly developed, they even wear swim suits.

Intelligent humanoids also evolved on land. This guy doesn’t look quite as developed as fin man, but I’m sure he’ll get there. In a few thousand years.

I’m sure fin man was modeled after the Creature from the Black Lagoon. The cave man was possibly modeled after the Neanderthal from a cheesy 1961 movie called Dinosaurus! Although the actor who played him, Gregg Martell, also played a cave man in another 1961 movie Valley of the Dragons.

And so the exploring continues…
