One of my favorite Star Trek fanzines is Starship Design: Interstellar Forum for Naval Power. Written by Todd Guenther, it was first published by Devon-Aurora Publications Center in 1984. I think my copy is a reprint from 1987. I don't have any information on Devon-Aurora but that isn't surprising. A lot of fanzine creators also …
