I did not like “Dr. Suess’ Grinch Musical!”
(see, the name doesn’t even scan).
I did not like it on NBC.
I would not like it on any TV.

I tried to watch,
Indeed I sure did.
I wished I could snatch
Some fun from the morbid.

I did not like musical Grinch
He left such a great stench.

The Whos down in Whoville
Must’ve all downed a poo-pill.
How else to explain it,
This big pile of Who sh**?

Stuff him in all the faux Santa sacks!

Could’ve saved the whole show, right in the pinch.

But they didn’t think through it.
No one can match Karloff.
This show should have been called off.

Stick with “How the Grinch Stole Christmas!”
It strikes something forever within us.
